I'm not quite sure what you're asking there. Are you finding that players fatigue too quickly for you or not quickly enough?

umm, you mean that the player fatigue in your roster are too high? you can edit(lowered) the fatigue in players.dbf using db commander.

If players aren't tiring quickly enough you need to lower Fatigue ratings, not raise them.

You can certainly do that but if you want your players to tire more quickly I wouldn't recommend it.
