no face players

i download the roster patch and i have new players but some of them have no faces like garbajosa micheal jordan etc. pls help me

If you're referring to the NLSC Roster Update, the problem can be fixed by following the steps in Faces Troubleshooting.txt, which is included in the zip file.

If you've downloaded the NLSC roster update, you've downloaded the file I'm talking about. Check p07v101.zip, you'll find it in there.
