Are there speechid for other players...for players who were drafted but they dont play in nba??I would like to make some european players and I need speechid.Can someone please help me...

There's a thread over in NBA Live 07 Patching with all the currently known SPEECHIDs for players who aren't in the original rosters, you might want to check that out.
