How-to update dynasty roster with an updated one

Hello!

I am trying to find a topic which relates to editing/updating dynasty rosters but I decided to create one instead.

Well here is my query, I am playing a dynasty mode and I am now in mid december of play. However, from time to time there will be roster updates that will come up for better subs and gameplay. Now, how can I update my dynasty roster with the one I download? or is there any tools that we; nbalive enthusiasts can use?
