Hi, I have LeBron james won the east player of the month, i went to the my nba live and how do you unlock the item that is locked which is the east player of the month?

I believe you have to press 'save settings' button, but I may be wrong

Correct; if you unlock any awards and exit the game without saving the settings in Load/Save, they will unfortunately be locked again when you next start the game.
