editing players.dbf help!

I need to increase fatigue of every player by at least 10, but by doing it one by one is pain in the ass... can anybody tell me easier way may be using excel or some other program.

DBF Viewer Pro can globally edit the dbf files very easily. I don't use excel, but I'm sure it can do that also.

Excel can corrupt DBF files for some people so make a copy first.
