a great balance between realistic and visual effect!

only two comments here:
1.well, make the ball dim and darker.
2.reduce a little reflection on the skin and face(just a little)
but try to increase the visibility of sweat, I have no sense
if this is possible, but please try

GeForce Mx440 with AGP8X, is there any lighting patch compatible for this one..?

check your detail settings. if lighting is greyed out, u cannot install any lighting patch.
