Hi, everyone talks about frame rate being this and that. How to test the frame rates anyway? Sorry if this is too naive.
BTW, how high does frame rates have to be for good gameplay? My specs are as follows: P4 1.6A, 256 DDRRAME, GF2 MX 400 64MB, win2k pro.

There is a program that I am not that familiar with. I think it's called "fapps", or something like that.
