how do you make the roster work for live 06?

I was home sick today so I tried my hand at converting this to live 06, no luck. I'm new to this but I followed a few tutorials and seems like i did everything right but the game crashes once it starts loading to the court. Maybe it has something to do with the jerseys? Help.
