uninstalling patches

i apologize for this if its in an obvious place and i couldnt find it. However how do i get rid of a patch if i decide i dont like it anymore once i install it? I have an idea it just involves deleting out of my sgsm or replacing with the default file but i'm unsure where/how to do this. Basically: although the colored FSS icons was a fantastic idea, it makes colors not match up when you play 2 player cooperative (which i do quite often). Thanks guys.

EDIT: I apologize for the double post, i remedied it. Also, thanks cklit...gonna go look into what i did so i can get rid of it..

If it's a file you've just thrown into your sgsm, uninstalling is as easy as deleting it from the sgsm again.
