Quiting Error

After finishing to play a season or playoff match it takes me to the normal post match menu, player of the game etc. My problem is that when I try and quit the match and return to the season or playoff menu it just quit the whole game and returns to Windows. Anyone know how I can fix this? Cheers in advance.

It's one of the known bugs in the game, unfortunately.
