New Injury Generator

Had some time to spare, so I put together a HTML version of the Injury Generator. I figured some people might find a use for it if they're looking to make their Franchises more interesting, so I'm releasing it.

Thanks, but I didn't come up with the idea. I just threw together this HTML equivalent in the absence of the original utility.

I'm the creator of the original NBA Live 2001 injury generator, and I have actually created a far superior version for Live 2003, but I have no ability to host it, if someone is willing to host it than I will be more than happy to send it over
