that's because I used Brevin Knight's headshape and the picture is not detailed enough.
Have any Idea for another headshape that could fit ?

Devin Brown's headshape is f#+&%^ up. I tried it myself. You won't find a good one. It's because of the combination between nose and the rest of the head. I tried Joe Johnson. That's the one that's fits it most IMO.

I saw your patch, it's better than mine.
you were right to choose joe johnson's headshape, and the patch will be perfect when we'll find a good detailed picture.

There are some players out that are damn difficult to fix. For example Devin Brown. He has such a freaky nose. Noone in that game has such a nose. And if there are people with such noses (e.g. Scottie Pippen) the rest of the head does not fit in.

Yes, same with Scottie Pippen. But the rest of the head doesn't fit in. You have to make a compromise. Either nose or head.
