my main menu on nba live in all white...NEED HELP ASAP!

it starts fine wit the ea sports thing...and the intro video...then the teams stuff....then the cover pic.. then the main menu comes up and its all white... only think i can see is the 'X' at the top right hand corner and the little ea sports icon at the bottom left corner...any help??

Where did you download the game from?

its the official reloaded rip version. the 3+ gb file. is there another file that u could get that would work better?
