Opening Night Rosters

This patch adds current rosters accurate as of October 31st, 2006. I updated player positions, jersey numbers and starting lineups. It also adds the hidden alternative jerseys for the Charlotte Bobcats, New Jersey Nets, Utah Jazz and Washington Wizards.

No, I am not that good in creating players ...

You just reordered the rosters.
