I need a patch for signature bands

Can please make a patch for a signature bands. The accessory in the game sucks especially the leg sleeve. Please give me a tutorial on how to create a signature bands so that i can create my own patch. Thanks for our help. GOD BLESS. My shot clock doesn't appear on the under the game clock. Any guest why is this happening?

1 there is a tutorial on making your own tattoos. that is how you would get sig bands.

2 if you installed the unfinished patch the shotclock is turned off? or its disabled, something like that just check your settings
