unstoppables

anybody has seen some unstoppable moves in NBA Live 07? Just like the freestyle hookshot and under the basket layup in 06. Just want to fool around. hehe..

the star level inside scorer elbow shot. If you hold the superstar trigger button and press dwon you can perform it.

the behind the back lay-up still seems to be unblockable also.

the cradle dunk for highflyers (left) seems to be unstoppable

True!!! whenever duncan gets in the paint, i do this and the ball always goes in. (only when he's in the paint though)

nowitzki's midrange jumpshot still seems to be unstoppable. 9 out of 10 times it goes in even with duncan or ben wallace trying to block it. btw, we play with default sliders because we're using direct IP.

When playing with default sliders, i found out that 1-3-1 defense is awesome since it is relatively hard to shoot 3's this year.

another strong player.. tyrus thomas!! damn rookie. very strong in dunks especially when he's below the basket.

when playing online? dunks in general. For me anyway, it seems that opponents can just keep pressing forward and bumping off the defense until they bump closer to the basket, going up for a dunk. very cheap.

on a side note: can everybody please not play as the suns online...... it gets a little boring playing the same team all the time. Am I the only person who uses the hawks, or a similar ranked team (and wins anyway...) sorry to go off topic.

cam, the majority of EASO users are 13-15 year old kids or people of that mentality. With a power player in Amare, a highflyer in marion, a passer/shooter in nash, an x factor in diaw or bell/barbosa...people are going for the cheapest easiest game. Nash to amare slam, if amare gets the double, send it back out for the trey...and for the fast breaks....self oop dunks by marion  most guys dont care about quality they care about wins and "coolness" and the suns are the perfect way to optimize it for them. I have a cousin who i play live against alot and he's always the suns...last year he got so good with nash's timing he could shoot from quarter court (a good ways back from 3 pt line, ) and sink it no problems.

Couldn't agree more. It's unfortunate. I remember running into this problem with Madden a few years back, where like 90% of my games were vs. the Philadelphia Eagles while I was playing with the Jets and/or Titans (and actually amassed a Top 25 Ranking; I was a filthy Madden player in 2003/2004), and I just got tired of playing them all the time. It's annoying. Your best bet is to use NLSC to set up on-line matches against people. We have our very own thread for it. :)
