Patch is out for people of EUROPE and SOUTH AMERICA too:

I just downloaded it and it installs ok! the EN-US patch was not installing.
So if you have problems with installing patch try this one

Confirmed!
It works just nice.
I put subs slide on 90 and CPU made 5 subs, none for foul trouble in the first quarter of a 12 minutes!
The buttons on control for passing to dunk and lay up are OK
PG dominance I have a doubt. I played agains Miami and O'Neal and Mouning divided the first quartes and took 6 shoots toguether. J W and Anderson also took 6 shoots toguether at PG and Wade took 8 at SG. It looks OK to me. But I was not playing defense, I was leting them play and playig fast to see the subs bug thing. So I still can't have hope!
All other corrections that the patch anounced are OK and working!
PS: I reinstall the game before installing the patch for safety proposes.
