nocd isn't illegal, as long as you have die original bought game, i remember. but i could be wrong. but otherwise, these sites which have this cracks wouldn't exist anymore, if it would be illegal. so far..

for me, this patch works fine. the only thing that annoys me, is that the cpu is not leaving the subbed players on the court. in a 10/quarter game, Varejao was just standing about 10 minutes on the floor while z played 30 minutes. but okay, im happy enough that something happened

And whats the user sub slide for? i understand the cpu but y the user sub? is it auto subs for the user?

EA Sports are the only people who could add the option of shorter seasons in Dynasty Mode. They have explained the absence of that option this year, we'll be bringing it up as a suggestion in the Wishlist for NBA Live 08 however.

i must say , the 82 games situation is sucks . i dont have much game time due to work (damm i miss the old days).
so it will take me ages to end a season at dynasty and to start to c development of players and some draft picks

JimiBeck its not officially released yet....our board being the stellar computer users we are though basically found a URL for a patch that fixes some of the issues. We think its a beta/testing release for EA employees to continue working on....

Patch ain't workin for a 6-minute quarter.
IN a Nuggets-Clippers game, Kaman was already dog tired but the CPU would'nt sub him out.
cpu sub frequency was set to 100. fatigue effect was on during the game.
the user sub frequency was not working as well. CPU only sub out Martin when he got into foul trouble. Another possible bug when you put a Center to the position of let say PF, (Camby to PF) the computer will automatically sub him out.

-the direct pass option during offense is still not yet fixed.
-save stats is already working

should we used the patch with jimmy's aiaict and settings? i was able to use the patch and yet when i played dynasty at 7 mins./quarter, still no subs, redd was only substituted right after he got his 4th foul.

I finally played a full 10mn-quarter game, and here's my feedback:

- PG domination is still outrageous (wasn't supposed to be fixed, but still...). CPU's PG still makes the strangest shooting choices and heads straight to the paint to get the calls and go to the line. Tyrone Lue lit me with 36pts again...
- For some reason, the patch turned off the 24 sec clock and the travelings . I didn't realize that until CPU's PG got stuck once again in and out the paint, and stayed there for 45 seconds... I just turned them on again after the game.
- I still get random player locking (equivalent to off-ball I guess), that only a timeout or an out-of-bounds call seems to solve. This actually angers me the most, it's fucking annoying to be locked on a player and not be able to pass or switch players the regular way.
- CPU does sub and take timeouts (with 45 in fatigue, and 55 in CPU subbing). The only problem is that it now takes the stupidest timeouts, sometimes 2 in a row even when it is leading. Plus it barely subs the superstars (and the PG), as mentioned before in this thread.
- My framerate went down a bit for some strage reason.

Conclusion: I'm ready to give up on that fucked up game, it's just too frustrating...

I belive there's no gameplay diference, except on fatigue thing betwen US and EURO-SAmerica game.

I never had any fatigue problem, but all other things were there. Any way, the size of the nbalive.exe is a litlle diferent, so the US patch doesn't install on no US game, and GDI version installs on EURO-SA game, as I did it a few hours ago.

This is not an option in Live 07. Let's all keep in mind that the version of the patch that everyone got was a test version. It's well documented (1000's of times) that main players don't sub very often. Hopefully EA has seen our test results and relizes they need to fix up the fatigue effect a little bit.

For those complaining about PG domination, use Jimmy's fix in the announcements section. Follow Directions!!!!

1)place the teams.dbf and playmap.dbf in your MyDocuments\NBA Live 07\database\originaldb and workingdb and currentdb folders. Also place these files in any saves folders you might have(actual roster downloads or saves).

2)put settings.dat in your MyDocuments\NBA Live 07\settings folder. Feel free to edit the settings to your liking then, but make sure you start with what Jimmy has.

3)put aiact file in c:\program files\easports\nbalive07\ai\act folder.

If your wise enough, make backups of all the files you are about to replace. I have been using Jimmy's fix for awhile now and it works just great.

PLEASE TRY before complaining more about PG domination!
