shoe problem and sub problem are 2 big issues which bothers me the most...

Hey guys sorry for asking..the question i want to ask has been probably posted a thousand times.. but i haven´t read it..

so.. I played both the ps2 version and the pc version... and i liked the game more than most you guys.

For me its more like a nba live is going NBA 2k..

I like both games a lot.. But i am a Live-Fan since 95

Now to my question. On my pc version of NBA Live 07 i played the slam dunk contest and i played vince carter against amare stoudamire... and both cyberfaces looked like they werent in 3D.. they looked so disgusting, as if the producers hadnt had the time to fix it..

So does anyone made the same experience?. And does this bug is included in the list that was sent to EA?

PS: Does it bother you that the new cover pic is soooooo bad..
If i only think of the versions you guys made.. 95% were awesome in comparision to that real bad t-mac pic/ or Dirk pic

For people who haven't noticed.

In the menu it shows that James has Superstar level playmaker, while in-game it shows that he has star level playmaker. I also noticed that no one has star level playmaker(according to menu), but in-game you can see star level playmaker with players like Rafer Alston.

Found out another bug:
I was fed up with the jagged lines all around the court, so I enabled antialiasing by default in my video card properties, and while it can handle it without any trouble, it's also causing black screens when loading a game (that someone else mentioned before on this forum). Only the loading icon at the bottom left stays visible but the background image disappears.
Not a big deal but a bug anyway...

Well i found a new giltch. i was playing 1 on 1 with my friend online adn we were tossing the ball up for a alley from close in. we got it in once no score came up and we got in twice and 4 points came up and if he got alley score in and a normal score our score would come up as 3

what the ehll happened to ur court elbadman and jao that is a crap work by EA. U suck Ea

and my bug is very importatn haha

Sound bugs:

The ball dribble sound is only audible when moving forward, when standing still or when in a special animation it is completely silent.
Also there is hardly any sneaker squeak sound and they took out the live 06 trashtalk and playcalls.

In short: the ambiance of the court is almost non existent, not counting the crowd noise, commentary and music.

Ever had every sound except commentary cut out and then come back for a few seconds ? Happens to me at the beginning of almost every game.

How come no one else mention this bug? or is it just me?

Whenever I pass a ball to some one in the post. 75% of the time he will IMMEDIATELY make a random pass to some one else. That is really really annoying. Anyone else have that issue? or is it a button that I press to cause him to do that?

I'm using a logitech dual action rumble controller

Hmm, even if you just tap the pass button it does that? Cuz it could happen if you were pressing and holding it for a second or so, instead of tapping it....

Right now i cant see any problems except two.... GUARD DOMINATION.... no matter how many i times i fix the primacy ratings All the Guards dominate... They always take the shots. and the Other is the CPU Playing time... im not used in facing all 5 starters through-out the game.... i think removal the CPU substition thingy is the major contributor in this.. or oh yea. one more.... No matter what i do all the foul calls are in favor of the CPU.... 70% of all the air-contact has no calls against the cpu but on my side this is true.. everytime they attack the basket, Air-collision and reach-in i always get a foul call... is there a way to fix this?

no I tap it, I press pass the same way all the time. This only happens if I'm passing it to a player in the post. If I pass around the perimeter, no such issue..it's really annoying

I disagree. There are games when the calls are going your way too. I have had games with me shooting about 40 freetrows to cpu's 15 and vice versa. I can't say if it is supposed to be like this but the refs always seem to be on one of the sides... Has anyone else noticed this?

No, it hapens when the ball doesn't go through the hoop.

EDIT: One more thing. It's probably working as intended but I hate that when a PF or a C shoots a free throw players won't box out properly. SF will try to box out a SF even if he stands on the opposite side and this causes a lot of offensive rebounds after a missed free throw...

I have the same problem, I passed to Tim Duncan on a fast break for a dunk then, to my suprise he immediately passed it to Bowen on the perimeter that cost me the game...Same case for some big men I played like Camby...very annoying indeed.

are you sure you haven't accidentally tapped it twice? try direct passing in the post.

The charging foul is wrong... when you wait a player and this foul you... the foul is defensive when would be offensive

I also changed my resolution to be higher (1280*1024) at the main screen and I went into dynasty mode and it didnt change, it went back to the defult (640*480) setting and under the main screen i clicked foward and i even saved it!!. Does anyone else have this problem???

I can't even change the resloution under dynasty mode, there is no detail settings under options.

The main menu is always at 640x480, there is no way to change it. It sucks that we can't change the in-game resolution in Dynasty mode, but there is a way around it.

Navigate to your My Documents/NBA Live 07/settings folder and copy the file "settings.dat". Go to your saves folder and open your dynasty folder. Then paste the file in the folder. Say yes to overwrite the file and you will have your new resolution when you play a game in your dynasty.

Major: After making some trades my roster changed accordingly in the 'Player Rotation' to incorporate the new players in my team. But when I played a game my team was still full of the old players, even 7 days or so (season time) after the trades.
(This also happened to someone else who wrote in the Dynasty Issues section: here)

Minor: I'd like the ability to actually 'click & drag' players around the lineup like in 06 rather than just relying on my Assistant Manager's reccomendations.


Plus, of course, I've got all the other bugs listed in the first post by Andrew. Just thought I'd add the two above ^^

After installing the beta patch, I cannot switch FSS abilites anymore, using FSS trigger + click on right stick. I'm stuck with one ability only...
Sorry if someone mentioned that already.
