Joakim Noah in the roster?

I download Jimmy's roster patch. I find Joakim Noah in the players.dbf. Excited!! however I failed to find him in the game 
where can i get this guy in the game?

He wasn't in the 2006 Draft as he opted to stay in college.

Well they obviously copied either milo's or my 06 roster updates and claimed them as there own. I guess it's the cool thing to do nowadays....
