Shot clock fix patch link is unavailable to fix game lag

I don't know why but whenever the game clock reaches just under a minute, the whole game begins to lag really badly, but until the clock stops like when inbounding a shot, does it return to normal and everything's ok.

i know this has been complained of before and somebody provided a fix for it in this thread,

I really hope somebody can help, this bug really takes the moneysworth out of the game. A simple patch that halts the clock from going below a minute but doesn't cease the game from continuing on is all i ask. I can't believe EA could commit such a mistake.
