Thought I would get my thread up early. I will be starting within a few days, maybe as early as tomorrow, depends on when I get the game.

Will you only be releasing .png files for portraits, or will you be importing as well?

haha, nah actual files. I won't be doing a whole lot of potraits, mainly CFs, courts and that 2007 Draft project. Maybe a few jerseys here and there.

The Lamar Odom is very good.

The Marcus Williams is almost perfect like mine were when I made them (haha). There is one thing that is perfect, but I won't say it because I don't want to spoil it for other people. It's a small detail.

Good luck with 07 patching. To bad you're done with 2005.

Keep up with the portraits. There's a lot of crap bag ones in-game. Do as many as you're willing to

bigh0rt, im making potraits at the moment because I cant access the game itself for CFs courts, etc because i dont yet have it, so if you have any particularly shit potraits in game that you want replaced, just write out a list and il see what I can do, because I have nothing else to.

Mike Sweetney (still has his Knicks portrait), PJ Brown (shoulder cut-off showing, still Hornets portrait), Tyrus Thomas (horrible), and IMO Ben Wallace needs a new one, too. That's just the Bulls. Let's see how many of those you can do.

Post the pngs and I'll get them into file form if they're upgrades and use them in the SUM. Cool?

I might. We'll see about the patch. If I do I will wait until it goes on sale. I would also need to see if my computer would support the game.

Can I just ask where are you getting these pictures. I like them and would want to use the source for my portraits if I can figure out how to use The GIMP.

the pics are very hard to find, the Williams was of front page of NBA.com, and the rest were from media day gallerys off of random sites i found on google. big update coming up.

Chucked all my best portraits so far in there, some of the rookies were released but didn't work.

Awesome portraits.

I started to write all the players down, who had a terrible portrait or wrong jersey, but I got tired, because there were so many of them
There are just tons of players with wrong jerseys and most of the rookies have terrible portraits...

It's best that you, Flite_23, track them down yourself and edit them... I'd do it myself, but I've got no time nor skill to do it Just do what you want, but I say there's a lot of doing there...

I dont have 07 though
