Fix his moustache (darken it a bit, a little wider too), and darken up his goatee a bit. A little less intenisity/darkness on the area just over his eye, near the lashes.

Eyes are much better. I'd still darken the moustache and beard a bit, or sharpen them to make it more detailed/defined/visible. (Y)
