Live 07 Dynasty simulation IS TERRIBLE!

My god....

I make tests, and...AAAAAARGH... you just try simulating a Dynasty or Season in NBA Live 07!? :shock:

Just look a little details:

- M. Okur is TOP5 Scorers in the league
- Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, Wade and Lebron not have more than 22ppg
- Assist leader never made more than 9.5 assists per game

Man....WHAT YOU PROBLEM EA SPORTS! ? :? That´s RIDICULOUS! :evil:

Now, i simulate 2 season with 76ers in Dynasty mode:

My team:
1st Season: Iverson have 22ppg, and lead the league is assists with 7.2apg :lol:
NBA:
NBA Scorer is Paul Gasol, with 25ppg, Lebron, Kobe and Wade score less than 22ppg.
D. MARSHALL (scorer of cavs..AAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH) lead the league in MINUTES PER GAME, with 43.2....and now....2nd and MPG is:

J. HOWARD from Houston Rockets! With 41.4mpg! AAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH

Obs: Iverson, Kobe, Lebron and Wade not play more than 32mpg ALL SEASON.

SPURS IS CHAMP! Wow! Finally...one normal result.

2nd Season:

Iverson have 15ppg, Nash have 6.2 assists, Kobe have 17ppg, Lebron with 16ppg...

For fuck sake, i went to load up a good old fun dynasty mode like i always did with live 06 and 05, and what do i find?! they have COMPLETELY wreck dynasty mode, thats what i fuckin' find! grr... :evil: :evil:

Maybe this minutes problem will be fixed with the resolution of the subs bug? Also check the roster that they were playing on. Maybe they were the only decent power forward on the team, be it because of injury or something. Could have been a shortage of PF and SF on the team, and they were splitting time at each position. I do it myself sometimes, depending on the team i'm facing and the shape of my bench. Yeah its still a little off, but maybe there was a viable reason behind it.

The Substitution Bug does not affect the simulation engine, so it will not fix the minutes problem. The problem is the depht of some teams. Add for instance a PF to the Nets and you will see Robinson's minutes decreasing. Same counts for Marshall. So the CPU always plays the starter on the position where few or nearly no backup is available to extended minutes.

The Cavs have Drew Gooden on their team. That doesn't make sense when you consider another player like Elton Brand getting less minutes than Donyell Marshall.

You got me there. Just check the secondary position of Marshall, if he has one change it to his primary.

Edit:
Since Live07 is not out here I am assuming it's the same scheme as in 06 where some guy's got a ridiculous amount of minutes. Changing the secondary positions solved the problem.

In Live 06 (bad simulation too) this players play more than 37min! :? :?

That ties into the point I was trying to make. Maybe on eltons team, he has a solid backup, who commands more playing time than Marshalls backup is. For instand elton brand is backed up by Channing frye, whose rated a 74. naturally frye will get some time, cause well, hes good enough to. Now marshall on the other hand, has chris borchardt as a back up, or none at all, requiring him to log as many minutes as humanly possible for the team to be competive. Maybe there was an injury to the backup, or, in EA infitine roster wisdom, the team doesnt even have another PF, happens all the damned time if you fantasy draft. Either way, theres legitimate beef with the setup, but that might be the logic behind whats going on.

Is the simulation this bad for everyone? If it is I will be major pissed cause this is one of the things in the game I want to be right. Live 05 was terrible for player stats but 06 seemed to do a good job on fixing it. I don't want them going back again to this where after your first season LeBron and Kobe average like 17 points and Lerry Hughes and Lamar Odom get like 25 points.

Yeah the simulation is bad, Wade and Kobe average like 17 points and Nash got like 6.4 assists in my dynasty.

I think it's because computer puts in starting lineup players with highest overal rating in that position.And it's fucking nonsense.

why dont we just use 06's simulation, was that any good?


Don't know it was any good because the primacy bug fucked it all up lol
