I'd like to hear some faults of 2k7...Any annoyances or limitations to that game? I was going to get live 07 for the pc, but now i'll probably buy a ps2 and 2k7.

I'm renting Live 07 this weekend to see what I think. Hope I am pleasantly surprised because of all the negative feedback. One question for 2k7 users: can you make 3-pointers this year because last year I made numerous 3 pointers and they only counted as 2 especially in the corner. Does this still plague the game?

For PS2 version
i've noticed 2 shortcoming

1) CPU will step out of bound sometimes (5-6 times in a 12 minutes quarter game)
2) CPU intercepts a lot if you throw risky pass (or is it realism)

for the others, you can just fix them by slider tuning, the default setting of the slider is pretty good though.

if you dont own a PS2 for now, why not buy a XBOX360 instead? 2K7 on PS2 is the best b-ball game i've played, but it seem the XBOX360 version is far much better than its PS2 counterpart

that cpu intercept is realistic, if you throw the ball into the lane and the man is there 8/10 times they will get the ball

i also noticed if you inbound the ball too close to out of bounds the player will step out, thats an animation flaw cause usually when the player gets the ball inbound he has that pivot foot out

1 thing that bugs me is the players getting caught underneath the backboard if u drive from the wrong angle.

all and all these flaws can be avoided tho by playing smart and making the right decisions

Now, I would say that NBA Live is a hot model with herpes, because really...the gmae is great, but the bugs make it unplayable, but it is not ugly enough to be a rabit

wow,not even a single person suggested to get LIVE07.. it really sucks i think! But to all of you guys, thanks for saving me from EA's sorry ass game. I got 2K7 and man, and everytime i play with the PISTONS it's like i'm out there playing on the hardwood with the 'Bad Boys'. .

to all PC users: Have you heard of the PS2 emulator? a software that allows you to play your ps2 games on your PC. I don't know if 2K7 is compatible with the emulator. cause the emulator is not yet 100% working, some games won't work. But some like FINAL FANTASY and etc. really works.. Google it up, maybe PC owners can play 2K7!
