List of superstar moves

Does anyone know where I can get a list where everything is properly described how to do all the different superstar moves? Such a list like this I mean: http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic28869-0.php&sid=0d76821a1848148336bf8b15f79759f2. The whole problem with Live 07 is just that you don't have to push the shoot/rebound/etc. button in addition to the superstar button, but the right analog stick, is that right? So what are possible moves?

So is there a list? For example, when I hold the superstar button and then turn the right analog stick from right to up, I get a new move. How many of these moves do exist?
