thats looks nice. Ive never used a lighting patch before but is it possible to make the light on the uni's more dull? they look wet at the moment and if theres 2 levels of brightness it will look much more realistic

This is Johnny R.'s lighting patch and a re-re-released version of a sweat patch from Live 06. I know its from live 06 cause Live 07 doesnt use the same technique of making players sweat. http://www.nbaliveforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=669628#669628

They appear to be 06 screens, yes.

Whoever gets the credit for that one, I don't like it. I always would aim into what the game looks on TV, the players never look to "shine" that much.

nope screens are from 07

then how'd u get to have that lighting on every players face?

because its one main file for all faces

Everything I have read says that 07 is different in that each face (just the face) needs its own lighting modified...

yep for the sweat. but lightning works;)

as far as i know (I never bought 06, and the last live i bought was 2005, which didnt have any sweat/lighting patches i dont believe) "sweat" is just manipulated lighting files. Therefore the sweat would be treated like lighting... because it is the same file.

there is no sweat on those players tho, the pics are from 07 you guys


the ulta shine is from Johnny's lit5v5.urb the packaged sweat patch is useless in 07

ok, I always thought that the sweat was just a lighting file made to look like sweat.

for sweat i think you must edit the alpha level in photoshop

light is in one file you can edit

This thread is a disaster, and the screenshots look like the players are made of porcelain, to be precise.

the lighting doesnt look good with 07 textures, espically the shitty jerseys anwyays. I used it for 06 last year, wasnt too bad, but on 07 doesnt work as well

lol good try kraudi but it still looks weird till live 06 ... and show me a screen when live 06 or ive 07 looks like this on x360 !!
