How can you include speech files of your own?

Somewhere (cannot remember where) I read something about including your own speech files...so you could record your voice pronouncing your rookies' names and include them in the game?

There is no software available at the moment to import your own speech into NBA Live 2003...
Maybe you read this about the NHL series? They have been able to import speech since NHL 2001...
