Just experimented with fshtool.... thnx to nba2kstuff for the info and all that contributed.

This gives you Kareem cyberface and gives Kwame Brown cornrows. You need to edit Kwame's Hairtype in players.dbf file. Thnx

How do you create a FSH or INDEX for created player? I look into the VIV file and I can't find a file for the created player?

You can use other players' index file. Just rename the fsh file after it has been replaced.
