How Do I use WinRar to use cyberfaces??

I have winrar and im trying to get a mcgrady cyberface but i dont rreally know how to extract it to the sgsm folder. I dont know what to press when i get to WinRar. So could u guys help me how to do it? thx

Click the "Extract To" button. The method of extracting files is very similar to Winzip.
