I just realize that why does EA make it so complicate? I mean when you drive to the lane with “Highflyer ability”, and you want to change it to “Playmaker”do a behind a back pass to a wide-open player for a 3pt shot, there is no way you can pull out it smoothly. Since you have to press the right trigger twice to skip “outside score” then your player has already stuck in the crowed.
My point is, although it seems much more flexible with the ability to change FSS, but you still have to decide whether you want to go for a fantasy assist or a flashy jumper AT THE BEGINNING OF A PLAY.
That’s really not realistic for a player to decide what he wants to do before he starts to run the offence.
I think the best application of this function is for you to do a high flyer dunk when having plenty time to switch it during the FAST BREAK.
Why don’t they add those specific moves to those superstars who usually do that?
Like leave windmill dunk to Amare not SHAQ, turnaround jumper for KOBE not JAMES. The “throw-esque” layup should for Iverson, Dirk NEVER does it.
Than maybe they can save the button for POST UP or something…
What do you think?
(and thanks da balla for the finding)
