How can you set a screen in coop?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but due to the unclear nature of the word "screen" (which can also hit on "screenshot") and "pick" (which can also generate hits for "draft pick") it has been impossible to find an answer for this specific question:

When two players are running the same team cooperatively, how does one player set a screen for the other? The controls listed in the manual provide a method to call for a pick and roll, pick and pop, or an off ball screen, all of which are provided by a cpu team mate.

How can I actually make the player I am controlling set the screen for the other human player that is controlling the ball handler?

I forgot to mention that I am playing on the gamecube, however I am sure the solution will be somewhat applicable to all formats..

Just stand where you need to and press the take charge button.

i agree that it would seem to be the most logical answer, and we have tried the "take charge" button, yet there is no effect on the court. On defense, when you press "take charge," the player gets into the right position with wide feet and arms braced. On offense off-the-ball, pressing take charge does nothing. Pressing the button and then having the ball-handler leading a defender into that player also seems to do nothing.

I am left wondering if it is even possible for human controlled players to do it...

I don't think you can. I've tried doing it on gamecube before and it's never worked.

does pressing "take charge" work on other formats?
