Crash at Startup: Sticky didn't help/Spec's included

Hi all,

Any help would be greatly grealy appreciated.

When I run nba live 2006 the screen flashes black and then goes back to the desktop. I meet the specs on the box but the game crashes. I've tried ending my background processess with no luck.

Any thoughts?
