Do u have a site?
If u do right click and select copy image location. Then press Img and insert the location. After that press Img again.

Gotta love the hard work... 
Work on the smile, like Arden said, try to figure out how to smoothen up his nose (hardest part to do in a LeBron face), try to match the color of his face with the color of his body...
