No need to post another thread on this since you already made one a few days ago. If there was no response then there are many reason for that including but not limited to the fact this game is so old that not many peoplehave interest in it anymore.

I haven't updated the rosters for NBA Live 2003 in years and mine didn't include the Bobcats anyway, so it wouldn't have been my update you were using.
