In theory it affects both but it doesn't work perfectly.

Also, keep in mind that the plays selected for the CPU over-ride primacy. For example; you can have the worst scoring 2-guard in the league, but set the offence to Highflyer Guard, Scorer Guard, Options, and Rip Iso, and that guard will put up 30-40 shots.

cant they release a patch to fix this primacy bug? its annoying how my star player gets injured for 4 weeks and can never get back his numbers :?

With NBA Live 07 well into production, I'd say any chances of an official patch for NBA Live 06 are slim to none, and slim just left town.

They havent released a patch for 2 years, why should they even care of making one now?

I dont know if this is the right place to ask this question, but here I go....
When does the primacy rating SUPPOSE to change?
I mean, if there were no primacy bug, the primacy should change?
And if it does, when? at the offseason?

offseason, injury, mid season, any time your player becomes better in ratings his overall in primacy pulls up

I have another question regarding the primacy thing.
Lets say a guy like Ben Gordon its trade to the Spurs, hes no longer the main weapon, he will be like a third option there.

So, the question is...his primacy rating should get lower? Does the game suppose to do this.. i mean, in previous versions did the game does that?

Im trying to work a way around this problem, running a script in player.dbf every once in a while in order to fix all players primacy ratings, so I wanna know if I have to take this in consideration

Muchas Gracias

If Player A has a Primacy of 80 and gets traded to a team where Player B has a Primacy of 99, Player B is still going to get the lion's share of the scoring.
