Don't have Access & want to use my Toolkit? IT'S OK!

Thu Apr 24, 2003 11:16 am

To run the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit, you must have a copy Microsoft Access 2000/2002/XP installed, which is a commercial program that is not available to legally download. However, if you want to be able to run the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit and you don't have Microsoft Access 2000/2002/XP, you can use Microsoft Access XP Runtime version, a free distribution version of Access that will allow you to run the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit.

Go to the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit web site to get more information and/or download the Microsoft Access XP Runtime version.

Since it is not recommended that you install the Microsoft Access XP Runtime version if you already have a version of Access installed, I cannot install the Microsoft Access XP Runtime and thus, cannot beta test my NBA Live 2003 Toolkit with it.

So, I'm counting on you guys to find any bugs or problems that you may encounter with the Microsoft Access XP Runtime and my NBA Live 2003 Toolkit.

If you do find any bugs and/or problems, please post them in the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit forum.

Good luck!

It's alright ... as soon as exams are over, I'll put my web site back up and continue to work on the Toolkit, preparing it for 2004.

 Woah, fuck that, no offense.

awwwwwwwww it's a pussycat, nick. only took 2 and a half hours on my 56K.

That would take about 4 hours on my 56 k (i have the feeling my 56k is actually 28 k... :?) and 32 MB is almost half the limit of what i can download for the month.
