HOW DO YOU IMPROVE SHOT BLOCK ABILITY?

hey guys,
im tryin to work with ha seung jin in dynasty mode, but i do not know any other way to improve is shot blocking ability besides using the assistant coaches. help please?

the only way would be to edit dbf if you dont want to develop the player
