editing cpu players

Is it possible to edit cpu players in dynasty mode? I want to start a dynasty with fantasy draft, and I want players to have shoes and gear that match their respective teams. Is this possible in-game and not through manual DBF editing?

In teams.dbf under the column ISHUMAN fro the team that u want to edit players put True.
