im sure it will and even if it doesnt work all that well then just tone the graphics down a bit

Seens nice and would work good, but i have a question to add on here and not
make a new thread... in system requirements "256 MB RAM" how can i figure out
how much i have?

go to control panel=> system
should display right beside the windows logo

if you go to start>run and type "dxdiag" you can get in depth specs on your computer
