The Detroit Pistons are the Champions !
95
104

The Detroit Pistons have completed their job successfully.
The Champion of ´89, ´90 and 2004 won its´ 4th title today on June, 11th, 2006 in Denver.
It was a fight from the very first second, but the Pistons were able to overcome a deficit in the 2nd half and lead the whole 4th quarter.
Chauncey Billups again stepped up big, like he did in the 2004 finals. He hit some big shots and scored 30 to earn the Finals MVP award for the 2nd time in his career. (24.6 PPG, 8.4 APG, .391% from downtown)
Nuggets´ shooting star Carmelo Anthony wasn´t able to lift his team to a win in the finals, since he was defended well by Tayshaun Prince.
The Wallaces won the battle under the basket against K-Mart and the Cambyman. The Pistons showed their superiority. Only Rip Hamilton, the scoring leader through the whol playoffs, played weak finals. (16 PPG)

"We were clearly better, this is a deserved title, but props to the Nuggets, they were a big suprise"(Flip Saunders)
"I´m glad about the MVP honors, but more important is our 2nd title with this team."(Chauncey Billups)
"SHALALLALA, SHALALALALALA"(Ben Wallace)
"Tough we lost, but this was our first time, we will get back."(Carmelo Anthony)

Well done Pistons! I really like the way you've presented your finals, hova. Better than mine, lol.
Looking forward to the Knicks offseason, there's always loads of changes for New York, hehe.

Two rockets in the first NBA team, I think it is too good for them.
But teams are quite realistic I think
And it is Jasikevicius, not Jaskevicius. Just letting you know

After the announcement of the All NBA Teams, today the draft lottery chances were posted by the NBA. The Knicks have the biggest chances, since they were the weakest team last season.
But the draft seems more important for teams like the L.A. Lakers or the Toronto Raptors, which do definitely not have the amount of potential.
The chances for the number one draft pick are following.
The Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks have announced logo changes for the 2006/2007 NBA season.
The Milwaukee Bucks refreshed their purple black colored logo with red and green.
The New York Knicks officials announced a complete new logo for the Knickerbockers organization.
There were a lot of rumours before, since the MSG center court was closed the last week for "technical issues".
Both teams didn´t reveal their logos yet, but want to do so at the day of the draft lottery (June, 16th).

Haha new logos, sounds cool
I feel you winning the draft lottery. Pretty weird to see lakers at the top of this lottery, but I remember how bad they played at the season, and won against you at the end of the season lol

its seems last place does have some prizes
new logos? cant w8 to see them good job with this and good luck.
Tue Jun 20, 2006 5:49 am
Lookin forward to a new logo and possibly a 1st overall pick
Tue Jun 20, 2006 9:55 am
new logo? that sounds cool. Good luck in the lottery
Tue Jun 20, 2006 10:06 am
Wow, a new logo. I'm always interested in those kinds of things. Good luck with the lottery, although I'm secretly rooting for the Raptors to win it.
Tue Jun 20, 2006 10:10 pm
Thank you guys, well since we cant save during offseason it will take some time till I update, coz i have to learn for school and Germany plays today (soccer) and I think it takes some time to make all the offseason things.
When I find time Im gonna update
Wed Jun 21, 2006 12:59 am
New logos? Never thought about it...Good idea
Would be nice to see you getting the first pick...!

The Draft Lottery took place today in New York.
Many Knicks fans, but also some other supporters were in big hope to win the chance to draft at number one.
The Raptors had the luck and are willed to grab a scorer, who can help Chris Bosh from outside.
The Charlotte Bobcats, who had the number five picks last year, and who didn´t have a big chance to gain a top five pick, landed on number two.
the Wizards grabbed the number three pick after a very weak season.
The New York Knicks didn´t have luck with the lottery taking place in their city. They had the biggest chances for the number one pick but did only get the number four. The Lakers are on five and the Jazz on six.
If you want to know when your team will pick, check the official Draft Order below.
Before the Draft Lottery had begun, the Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks revealed their new logos to the publicity for the first time.
While the Bucks did only refresh their logo with new colors, "to show that something new had begun with the franchise making the playoffs last year and playing some really good basketball." (Bucks GM Larry Harris),
the Knicks invented a completely new look.
The new logo is "a little bit old-school" (Stephon Marbury), but "does also bring some color back to the Knicks". (GM Hov)
Both teams presented their new logos and jerseys with some player modelling in the new jersey in the MSG training center.
Take a look at the pics below for the new logos, courts and uniforms of both teams.

The official Draft day will be on June, 28th in New York.
The Top five prospects, LaMarcus Aldridge, Tyrus Thomas, Rudy Gay, Andrea Bargnani and Adam Morrison seem to be the most important persons in New York at the moment after arriving with the other rookies 2 days ago. Especially for the Knicks fans it will be an important draft, since the Knicks were not the best drafters in the last year. But GM Hov is sure that he will make the right decision. After a logo change this will be his next big thing.
The Milwaukee stuff is not made by me, you can download it in the announcement section, because the Bucks will change the logo in real life.
For the jerseys, I want to give big props to Scorer--20 making them for me, and I think they are hot. The logo is invented by myself.
The court is made by myself, but it is a Knicks court by some guy of BOL, so some files are not made by me. Since this is not for download and stuff, I think its ok to change the work of someone other.
I hope you like it, and if not, I do so. A new look is always cool.

wow that new york one is nice. .though those city buildings look a little strage
Fri Jun 23, 2006 12:33 am
Nice. Logo is looking cool, but one thing I don't like about it is the square around the buildings, but it is your choice.
Unlucky draft lottery for you, raptors seems lucky getting this pick, like in real life.
Fri Jun 23, 2006 12:37 am
thx for your comments, and as you see I just took the wrong logo for the pic, there is no square usually, look at the court, I have to fix that
