RJ for Josh Smith and Marvin

Sat Jun 17, 2006 6:55 am

Started a Nets dynasty and my first move was trading for Chris Wilcox. But I got one more trade in mind but I'll wait to see what you guys think of it.

The actual trade is RJ and Vaghne for Marvin WIlliams and Josh Smith. What do you think is it a even trade or should I involve other players or keep RJ? The reason Im thinkin of makin this trade is so that I can have a better bench rotation.

Well are you planning on moving Wilcox to Center and playing either Williams or Smith at PF? If so I suppose its an ok move, though you'll lose outside scoring, you'll have to pretty much always score off dunks....

Well this is the starting lineup as it stands

Kidd
VC
RJ
Collins
Krystic

Wilcox off the bench. If the trade were to go down Id probably start
Kidd
VC
Smith
Wilcox
Krystic

Either way Im leaving Krytic in there, hes the only guy who can score when VC aint feelin it.

Hey Chronz, this is your fourth thread on just the first page of Dynasty Issues. If you could go ahead and maybe try to not make a new thread for each opinion on a roster change you want, it'd help alot with clutter :)

Thanks.

Anyway.... in that scenario, I'd stick with Richard Jefferson. He's way more versatile in my experience.

keep jefferson and develop him into a 90+ player

I think when you have marvin, he would be a good pf if you help on developing him, Just put nenad at center.
