Changing projected draft strength

Does anybody know how to change the projected strength rating from very weak to strong? Or just to change the draft strength in general. I am changing some of the rookies in the scouting section to real 2007 prospects like Greg Oden and I don't want the projected draft to say very weak when it is really projected to be one of the strongest in years...

I'm slightly confused why you need to change this, you'll only see it in one spot for a very limited time.
That being said... this topic has never come up before, so I'm not sure what you'd do to change that. I'd assume the computer displays the draft 'strength' based on the projected ratings of the players and their 'destiny' rating (which controls how much potential for development they have), so you'd have to go through and change that factor, I suppose. If that's even how it gets the draft depth.
Hopefully you know that the computer will change the prospects even if you edit them before the draft, there can be a huge variance in the ratings come draft time.
