HOW DO YOU CREATE A CUSTOM TEAM?
I DONT GET IT!!!

im not sure but i dont think u can do that, u would have to like replace a team in franchise and fill it up with ur own players, but the feature of creating a whole new custom team doesnt exist in live 2003
