tayshaun looks good, but it needs to be blended....i cant see the outline of the pic...
delk's face is shirvled up, where is his upper lip?

Tayshaun is okay, not much detail, but it resembles him pretty well. 
Delk is...the oppisite to eye candy...from the small preview i see there it looks quite horrid. The colour is too red, add some yellow to it with hue/saturation. the mouth is not aligned properly too...but it's only Delk.
