I could really use some help. Im trying to make magic johnson coach the lakers, but i cant get the face to work. it just keeps showing the red face. I extracted the face parts and put them in xcheads folder, made a folder called eajohns and put all of the parts in that folder, but its still not working. If anyone wants to help me out by telling me what i did wrong it would be great. thanx

You can not remane him majohns (Magic Johnson)
in the cheads folder put in phjacks.fsh with magic's patched in.
rename the coach you want to take out (i.e. 50s coach) to Magic Johnson turn the said coach to the lakers number, move phil jackson to renamed coach's team.
say the lakers are team 17
50s coach is 38
make jackson the coach of 38
make magic coach of 17
change dbf files to make coach color 4 or 5 whatever
I think the height and weight are okay for them to work together.
I have done this many times, Larry Brown is coaching the Pistons now, Hubie Brown is coaching Memphis and so on.
If you want a direct path install, download Hubie Brown and copy it to fit your needs.
