Hey have you seen anyone having a problem with this controller?

It says that a window will just pop up and install it, which it does, but then I don't see anything in the control panel and when I go to add, there is no "16 button, 4 axes controller" like they say there should be. I've gone through every trouble shooter there is and can't get it. Any last minute advice before I take it back?

I have the Logitech Wingman Rumblepad and my B button is so sticky I could die, also I stepped on it and had to use some superglue to put 'er back together, I got a gaurentee with it, i got the sticky for sending it back and they will send me another for free, but I just find it hard not to have it.
I am going to move so I will mail it off soon and have it sent to my new apartment.
Just some information for ya, do what you want with it.
The buttons will stick if you use it a lot.
