Roster Corruption Help!

Ok I want to download roster updates but when I try to convert my created players VIA Microsoft Excel through copy and paste the rosters ALWAYS corrupt is there a program similiar to Excel where you can have two things open at once and copy and place players or etc from DBF. to another DBF I have DB Commander but you cant do it.

DB Commander is the only DBF editor I know of that allows you to open two files at once and copy data from one to another.

How do you copy with DB Commander?

Utilities -> Copy Column Over

You can do that in MS Access, too (may be useful for someone).
