Can Someone Make This PLZ!!!

A bit ago someone was planning to make the charlotte bobcats franchise stuff.The whole works logos court and even fictional jerseys,well i was wondering what happened to that and is the project was scraped plz start it up again. I'd love to start a franchise with the cats. THX

im workin on a fictional jersey but since my computers on limited resources its kinda hard doin too many things at once plus im havin troubles workin another jersey tryin to get the numbers right as soon as i get that problem fixed and clean up my hdd im goin for gold on these jerseys and stuff

i would like 2 have these patches installed but i never found out how 2 make custom teams.
